Tobias: "Well, Matt, looks like we've got our work cut out for us with this building. Seems like it's been around longer than we have!" Matt: "You're right, Tobias. I think this place has seen more renovations than a Hollywood star!" Tobias: "Ha! You've got a point there. But hey, at least we've got each other to keep things interesting." Matt: "Absolutely. Who else could I trust to catch me if I fall off that ladder?" Tobias: "Hey now, don't go giving me extra responsibilities! I'm already in charge of bringing the coffee." Matt: "Well, as long as you don't mix up the paint with the creamer, we should be golden." Tobias: "No promises there, my friend. But hey, a little splash of paint in your coffee never hurt anyone, right?" Matt: "Let's just hope our clients don't have a taste for abstract art!"
